Paul Coats was in contact with my wife almost immediately after expressing interest in purchasing from there, and went over and beyond. The majority of the transaction was completed virtually until we made the 70 mile drive to Dade City yesterday. The vehicle had already been transported from Tampa and was cleaned and fueled up ready to go. All we had to do was sign the paperwork and drive away. They offered more for our trade-in than other dealerships and gave me no hassle in honoring a National Affiliate Rewards program that I was eligible to use.
