My service advisor was very nice and not pushy about other products/services. He did make recommendations and explained the why behind it. When we get to the dealer we find them not as truthful as they should be they expect you to have been a car salesman to understand all the fine print. They only tell you go to make a deal. You must have retired from the service with 20 yr. NOT A VETRAN . Or you can be disable . But you cant be just a plain old vet one of the manger to me on the phone this morning , or your credit score need to be below 710 I worked hard to get a high score. These are the kind of games you have to play with the manger just to try to get a good deal, The manger I have mention has been call out in other reviews. I'm still working on a deal for a truck.
