We bought a used for demo truck on 10\04\2020 with 4000 miles on it. I simply asked for another 500.00 dollars off and he came over and sat in a chair in front of me and bowed up flaring his arms and said what do you want me to give you the truck, with that I left. I called back the salesperson Hector who was very nice to us. We did the deal, but who has ever hear of buying a new truck and not getting rug mats with it. I asked and they, Larry said no. I have bought 18 new vehicles and I have always got the rug mats. Then we bought the the inside and outside protection package they knew we were leaving on vacation and said to come on Monday and get it done, my husband went before 8 in the morning and waited for 2 hrs for the person to come in, after 2 hrs the clerk in charge came and told my husband that person who does that wasn't coming in. Then we look at our registration and it say our truck is green, it is very SILVER. You can bet we will never buy from Jim brown with an E again. M and D Butler. More
