I was disappointed when the salesperson did not wear a mask the two days we interacted. The salesperson was not knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. With the pandemic crisis, I was shocked that the dealership would allow their employees the option of wearing a mask. More
"Paul" met me before I even got out of my '19 Challenger R/T and I explained that I wanted an oil change and a flat tire fixed on my spare wheel in the trunk. Paul said no problem and it would be about one R/T and I explained that I wanted an oil change and a flat tire fixed on my spare wheel in the trunk. Paul said no problem and it would be about one and a half hours to complete. Since I knew you don't pre-schedule oil changes, I did not call ahead but just drove from Lakeland, where I now live. This was a problem for I had an appointment in Lakeland and could not afford that long a wait. Paul disappeared and returned shortly and said he was able to re-schedule a non-urgent service and that he could get me done in about 35 minutes. My car was ready in 30 minutes, and I was on my way. I'm glad I took the trouble to drive back to the dealer where I bought the car, rather than having it serviced at a strange dealer in Lakeland.
