My salesman, Mark Abercrombie was not a "pushy" salesman, but was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in - he was very helpful and he answered all of my questions to my satisfaction, even the finance manager, Kevin Ledoux was helpful and helped me to get the financing I could handle. I am really pleased with the service I received at this dealership and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a vehicle. More

I called and spoke to Tom Thomas, sales manager a I choose Jim Browne Jeep Dade City because of it's rating on the internet and it's employee reviews. I called and spoke to Tom Thomas, sales manager and told him exactly what I was looking for. They did not have what I wanted on the lot but he checked their Tampa dealership. They had a Grand Cherokee Limited and a Laredo. He offered to bring them both to the Dade City location with no obligation to buy. One was EXACTLY what I wanted and with in a few hours we drove home in our new Jeep. Thanks also to Arron Skinner our sales person. Very helpful, informative and funny. He took the time to show us how to navigate the instrument panel and also gave us his cell number incase we had any other questions. Chris Eaton was our Finance person and did an awesome job. They all have a great working relationship and were like family when we left. Would definitely recommend to anyone! More

When the final price was given to me, they included a 20% "DEALER CHARGE" which killed the deal. Dealer advertises they "treat you like family", I feel sorry for their families if this is true. More

Service Was Quick!!! I had routine maintenance done last week and the service department has improved 100%. I was in and out in less than an hour. The service staff are all so friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make their customers happy. All my questions were answered and all items completed were explained to me. Unprofessional and Poor customer service My experience with this dealership has been xxxxty since day one. We purchased our "new to us" vehicle in November 2015 and chose this dealership beca My experience with this dealership has been xxxxty since day one. We purchased our "new to us" vehicle in November 2015 and chose this dealership because of its location to our home and coverage with our insurance. Recently our AC went out in our vehicle and when we took it in they stated they could not find a problem with it and that it needed freon. Less than 300 miles later the AC went out again so apparently there was a problem. We took the vehicle back in to be told almost 2 days later that there was a leak and that it would take 3-5 days to get the part in and fix it, we were given a rental car in the mean time. While my vehicle sat at the dealership a 12+ inch crack appeared in the front windshield. I am now being told by the General Manager Dale that while the problem occurred during my vehicles time at the dealership I am responsible for fixing it. I understand that I live in Florida and 1 windshield per year is free when filing a claim to our insurance company, I feel it is not my insurance companies problem to fix and here's why. I did not have possession of the vehicle at the time the crack occurred. When my vehicle was dropped off at this dealership there was nothing wrong with the windshield and the technician who checked it in has stated there was no crack at the time of drop off. While speaking with Dale I have gotten no where except being told this was my problem and now he has hung up on my husband and other managers have been extremely rude. This dealership is unbelievable and they conduct business unprofessionally. This dealership needs to fix my windshield before I will pick up my vehicle. More
