We are on a 6 month trip & we had reservations that limited our time in Bakersfield. Your staff understood my situation & made adjustments to fit my truck in your schedule. My check engine light had been on for several days & I am pulling a 20,000 lb fifth wheel camper. I came in & your technician determined my TCM needed a software update , which resolved the check engine light. The technician installed carpet & seat protector in my truck while he was working on it. Everyone was so helpful & friendly. I know you have a process for scheduling appointments but I appreciate everything everyone did to fix my problem & allow us to continue without needing to worry about damaging my truck. More
