He went over and above, ensuring I knew where this vehicle was in the process. Then once I received the delivery, the process was handled smoothly and efficiently. He helped me set up a third-party source for accessories I needed help with. My experience with Jim Burke on every occasion is why I choose them for my auto needs. The 2nd key to my vehicle was at the other dealership, and he refused to bring it to me and refused to have anyone to get it and bring it to me. He insisted that I had to drive across town and get it myself. Now, I had just spent 50K at this dealership and the 2nd key was part of my purchase, but he/they refused to honor their obligation to complete this purchase in a professional manner. I will never deal with Pedro Diaz or Jim Burke Ford again. It is just a matter of principle....... More
