I continue using the same auto facility where I bought my car brand new. I appreciate the valet service since I am currently unable to drive. Disappointed. I told the rep that my warranty was out. I told him to call me before doing anything extra for my vehicle. I just wanted the oil changed. I ended I told the rep that my warranty was out. I told him to call me before doing anything extra for my vehicle. I just wanted the oil changed. I ended up paying up over 300.00 for that. My truck was dropped off at 8:00 a,m and I was called once and asked if I had oil changes there before. LOL.... That was all that was said. They did two not one but two diagnostic test but he took some off of one where I only paid $100.00 for the extra diagnostic test. They said I would need additional work done soon. My truck only has a little over 60,000 miles and is only 3 years old. As I stood waiting to talk to the rep that morning there was a lady in a small room behind me training a young man and if I had a dollar for every time she said diagnostic I would have enough to pay my bill! Why would they run two diagnostics without my approval first. I trusted Carroll Rehma Motors but since Jim Butler took it over I am not sure anymore. More
