Kristopher Daly did a fantastic job for me on October 14th when I had to return my car because the lease was up. The service needs improving. I had a appointment today and was waiting to get check in with 5 people in front of me and two being serviced. It took almost 20 min to check the t I had a appointment today and was waiting to get check in with 5 people in front of me and two being serviced. It took almost 20 min to check the two in. Wasn't going to wait for the additional five at that rate. They don't offer a drop off service any longer either. Why schedule appointments if you can't get your customers check in timely. Was going to inquire on a new car while waiting, there lost and won't go back!!! More
