Recall or Warranty work If you buy from Jim Click in Tucson, you will be treated extremely well. The problem is when you try to get warranty work, or have recall work done. If you buy from Jim Click in Tucson, you will be treated extremely well. The problem is when you try to get warranty work, or have recall work done. Plan on 2+ weeks to get any work done, because their Auto dept will sit on your car and make sure nothing happens. If they find anything that needs done, they will try and strong arm you to have the work done through them, where they will sit on your vehicle for as long as possible. Go anyplace but Jim Click and buy anything that doesn't require you to have work done through Ford in Tucson. More
Recall work 2nd time we had to take a vehicle to Jim Click for a recall. Guy from the service dept came out with some paperwork, informing us, that our car was n 2nd time we had to take a vehicle to Jim Click for a recall. Guy from the service dept came out with some paperwork, informing us, that our car was not eligible because it had been in an accident. Jim Click service department came out with the wrong VIN from someone elses vehicle, and tried to get out of doing the work. Knowing they had done that to us before, I took his paperwork and compared it to the VIN on our car. Now Jim Click on 22nd has had our car for a week, waiting to get recall work done. In addition, they are charging us $250 to just diagnose the recall issue. Take your car anyplace, but to those rip off artists. More

I’m handicapped & after thinking it over it was cheaper & better for us to have our new rig transported by a company vs us giving up our Jeep. I called, emailed, texted the rep nothing. Called general sales manager left voicemail, nothing. Going to call credit card company next & stop that transaction. Shouldn’t have to be this difficult for them to just do the right thing!! More

They had even confirmed with me about my date a day before. When i got there they tell me to leave my car for a few hours till it was ready. I ended up leaving my car there for 4 hours and when they call me that my car is already ready to go i get there and it was basically for nothing since they tell me that they hadnt done anything to my car!! This was the worse experience ive ever had with any car agency and lets just add the it was also very poor in service. More

This time, some arrogant person on the line, told us that the previous Service Manager we dealt with was fired (You can NEVER say such things in California. That is a private issue.) because he made appointments for the next day. We could have an appointment in two weeks, and if we did not like that, we can go to Green Valley. (Yea..............two seniors will drive to Green Valley in this 100 degree heat, without any air conditioning in the car?) She was rude, snarky and nasty. Have always loved Fords, and would have been in the market for a new car next year. Goodbye Jim Click, we definitely will not be buying anything from you. Also, will take the car (they can take us tomorrow) into a garage to repair. Will, also, be cheaper. More
TAKES YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL BE IGNORED HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and absolutely NO COMMUNICATION !!!! IF I COULD GIVE YOU A NEGATIVE STAR RATING I WOULD. My partner and I upgraded our basic HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and absolutely NO COMMUNICATION !!!! IF I COULD GIVE YOU A NEGATIVE STAR RATING I WOULD. My partner and I upgraded our basic model Ford escape to a SE model in February and our rear-view mirror has a huge crack. They told us if we were interested in this vehicle that they will order the part right away and replace it. 3 MONTHS LATER contacting our sales rep manager DAVE countless times asking about rear-view mirror and making the excuses that he will check and never contact us back we finally got him to make an appointment on a May 4th to get the mirror replaced. I had taken the time off from work for this appointment. We get there and waited 30 min to let us know that the ordered the wrong part. I was very upset that I had to wait almost 4 months for such a BASIC PART!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They notice I was not too thrilled about the news so Dave told us that they will fill up our tank with gas and wash the car for all the trouble. I was like, well at least that’s something we were going get out of this whole mess were experiencing. They pull up our car to the front notice that the vehicle was no completely dry. But this point whatever, it looked better then it did when we pulled in. I get into the vehicle and I start driving towards the exit and notice that they didn't even fill up the car like they said they were. So I got upset drove back and found Dave and told him that the car was not filled up at all. He looked at me and made a poor excuse oh we will do that for you next time when you come in for your part. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. We have been following up ever since then just to get the same response "let me check" "all check when I get to work" and "I should know tomorrow" and never hear from him again. WE NEVER EVER GET ANY CALLBACKS OR UPDATES. this is the second time I had to complain about the service here to the point that they had to reassign us a new agent because no one ever communicates back were always treated with such poor service that I will eventually look in purchasing a car elsewhere. Once they make a sale they forget about you. NEVER WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO FAMILY OR FRIENDS. PLEASE CHECK ON THE PHOTOS SECTION FOR PROOF! ON MY REVIEW More
Worst dealership I have ever dealt with I have always been a Ford person and have had good and not so good dealers but Holmes Tuttle/Jim Click is horrible. Most dealers have a drive up Quick Lane but because Click is the only Ford dealer in Tucson customer service is not an option. Make an appointment a week in advance and wait over three hours for an oil change. They spilled oil all over the engine and now it smells of burnt oil. They said they were not familiar with the 3.0 diesel and messed it up, maybe train their techs. Ford really needs to put another dealer in Tucson so customers have a choice. More

Despite me being upfront and telling him I was just window shopping and will not be buying a new vehicle until I return to D.C. in a few weeks, he spent nearly a hour with me showing me the vehicle and answering all of my questions. Though I will not be buying while I am here in Arizona, Dave is truly an ambassador of the brand and represents what customer service is all about.
