Poor quality is what you get at Jim click 2014 Ford Focus have had there several times for transmission issues Four to be exact they replaced the clutch twice a transmission controller, well 2014 Ford Focus have had there several times for transmission issues Four to be exact they replaced the clutch twice a transmission controller, well it is happening again Had it at another shop for routine oil change and mechanic happen to point out a couple of loose bolts on the transmission. Called the service department with the service writer who we had dealings with and have never got a return phone . Loose bolts are a Major safety concerns I would be ashamed of work like that. I guess clutches last longer when properly tightened even though it is some weird automatically controlled manual. Go somewhere else Jim click and homes Tuttle are the same dealer Phoenix has much better service departments More

Appointment failure Had a 9am appointment was told it was going to be 2 hours. I Had been waiting 4 hours, nobody knew what was going on with the car. I Had to talk to 3 different persons to get an answer. They misplaced the paperwork for the service and told me they were starting on the service. It was going to take 2.5 hours longer last time I deal with this people, don't care if I have to pay more for service. More
