I like others have been trying to get an appointment for recall issues and general servicing, but no one ever returns calls. I have left messages and the that are supposed to be taken care of within 24 hour recall issues and general servicing, but no one ever returns calls. I guess when you are the only Ford dealer in Pima county, you can treat customers like this. It isn't hard to believe the overall rating is lower than that of Ford dealers in Maricopa county. There is actually dealer competition for your business in other cities and towns. Jim Click might be a big deal here in Tucson, but his businesses suck. More
I've been trying to get an appointment to have my truck serviced for 3 weeks now, I call the service dept. and they're too busy to answer or return a call. I have purchased 5 vehicles from Click, but the way their service dept. has deteriorated I don't think I will be purchasing any more. It's a shame because Click was one of the best dealerships in Tucson for years. More
This is the worst service experience I have encountered. My regular mechanic diagnosed a problem that he believed was mentioned in Ford service advisory. He recommended I take it to the dealership, and also recommended service on a couple of other items that he thought might still be covered under warranty. I called the Jim Click service department 3 times beginning just before Memorial Day. Each time I gave them my VIN number and a detailed explanation. Each time they put me through to a service representative where I had to leave a message. With no response after the 3rd time, I called my mechanic and explained the situation, and he gave me the direct number of the service manager. I called that number and left another message. He called back within a couple of days. I explained the situation to him and he scheduled me for an appointment the following week. When I arrived for my appointment I waited several minutes for a service person. I explained the needs to him again, and his first question was, do you have an extended warranty. I explained that the service manager said at least some of the service was covered under my 60,000 mile warranty, and then he asked if I had purchased the car from them. I explained no that I had not. He explained the price for the diagnostics, and I asked him specifically which of the items would be covered under the warranty, and he could not tell me. He then said they would need the care for several days without even knowing what the cause of the problem was. This does not seem like an appropriate way to run a service business. I believe that perhaps they are actually the only game in town, so they can do whatever they want to make the most money without regard for customer satisfaction. Needless to say, I am not pleased. The package we paid for included a S.W.A.T BUYER BEWARE "Bait and Switch" tactics and crappy service department. We recently purchased a used F150. The package we paid for included a S.W.A.T. Plus add on (GPS tracking in case of theft). The first time we took the truck in to have extras installed, they failed to install the S.W.A.T plus. The security system they claimed to have installed appeared to actually be factory installed (it's in the manual for the truck). We went back to the dealership and arranged to bring the truck in again to have the S.W.A.T Plus installed and a brake light replaced. We showed them the receipt for what we paid for. The finance guy who originally completed the sale talked to us and said that the salesman would call and set up an appointment the next day. Next day rolls around, NO CALL. He didn't call until my wife sent a message to his cel phone. He left a message telling us to bring the truck in at our earliest convenience that Wednesday. We show up and they had no idea we were coming, the guy we were supposed to ask for wasn't even there, no work order, but they said they'd take care of it - install the S.W.A.T plus, and fix the brake light issue the next morning. We get a call the next morning telling us it's done, then shortly after a call from SWDS security to set up an appointment to have something activated on the truck relating to the security that was installed. The security system guy shows up, does his thing, and then when asked about the GPS and S.W.A.T plus, he told us No, that's not what we have. WE DID NOT GET WHAT WE PAID FOR. We may very well take the truck to a third party and have them check it out to make sure there's nothing else wrong with it and verify what security we actually have. More

Just bought a 2020 Corsair, had to have alternator replaced still having trouble the day after I picked it up. I called the service man I was working with this morning at 11:00, waited all day for a replaced still having trouble the day after I picked it up. Pathetic service I spent a lot of money on a car I don’t feel safe driving I have no doubt that if I were a man I wouldn’t have been treated like this!! More
I have a truck bought new at Jim Click and all services done there. Had an issue a few months back with some slipping in the transmission. Took it in for service and 700.00+ later found to be low on fluid. done there. Had an issue a few months back with some slipping in the transmission. Took it in for service and 700.00+ later found to be low on fluid. This was odd since there were no leaks and Jim Click has been the only one to service the transmission. After 2,000 miles driving had slip issues again. I called the service advisor (Mark) and explained the situation and reminded him of the past service issues we have had (had a lincold that was in and out of Jim Click about 4 times to fix an overheating issue, they finally agreed to fix it for no charge after thousands were spend to fix nothing) I explained to Mark that this is feeling like the same sort of deal as with the lincoln and i am not too confident with their service department. He advised that he woudl have the service Director call me and see what they can do. It has been 3 days and no call from iether the service director or Mark. I could not wait any longer so i decided to take my buisiness elsewhere. After diagnosis it looks like a full rebuild is needed and was an issue that had been there for some time. In summary Jim Click has lost a customer (and my entire family). Worst part is i told Mark that if they do not contact me then i will take my business elsewhere and his response indicated that he did not really care. More

When looking at my credit card statement I was charged twice! When trying to rectify the issue and after being transferred 3 times I was referred to the service manager. I was told at that time I had to come back in with my receipt, credit card and bank statement to PROVE the double charges and they would take care of it. This is during our Covid19 'social' distancing. I should not have to do this. They have their receipts for the day along with their charges for the day. They just do not want to do the work/accounting!!! Very backwards and Antiquated. Jim Click time to get with current times! More
