Spoke with Val over the phone to see about an oil change. She said only by appointment. I agreed and then she said there are no openings til mid April. Are you effin kiddin me?! All I could say is this dealership is horrible. Salespeople on professional sales manager behind the desk all eating fast food talking to you. Unprofessional General Manager Gm John is unprofessional. Raised his voice at myself and husband when we voiced our concerns and dissatisfaction over our ill-performing 2019 forte. Bought the car in February and have only been able to drive it 2 months out of the 6 months we’ve had it due to transmission issues. This car does not meet our needs and is unsafe. Telling us to buy a new one and let the current car get repossessed is not only terrible advice from a financial standpoint but how is that ethical coming from a general manager of I thought a reputable dealership? Pushy finance department, great service department I have been a customer of Jim Click Kia for over 4 years. I take my car to be serviced every time it is due, and the service is usually pretty great. I have been a customer of Jim Click Kia for over 4 years. I take my car to be serviced every time it is due, and the service is usually pretty great. They offer to wash my car, they are pretty timely in doing the oil change and the maintenance for life package is definitely worth it. I took my sister here to purchase a car just like mine. The salesman was nice and informative. When he got all of our info, he led us to the finance department. We are sat down in front of some paperwork that has already been prepared. I understand that dealers make money on the add-ons like GAP insurance and additional warranties. After sitting in the office, we went back and forth for 2 hours about why we had to get the gap insurance and added warranty to get the better interest rate. That is not true. He could have got a better interest rate but only wanted to TRY if we agreed to purchase the dealer add-ons. It was 2 hours past closing when we just got exhausted and they finally lowered the Interest rate by 3% just to make us happy. Which we appreciated. I just wish they would have listened from the beginning. It was really a stressful situation and I am not even sure I want to go there again! But I have to because that is where I like to get my car serviced. More
KIA Soul Owner Service Experience I have been having my regular check ups and oil changes done about every 5,000 miles since 2011. The first year or so the customer service was upbeat I have been having my regular check ups and oil changes done about every 5,000 miles since 2011. The first year or so the customer service was upbeat and accommodating, then it kept getting worse-----indifferent and it felt like they were put out to have to do this service for life thing. Then, last time I took my KIA in my experience was COMPLETELY different! It is very rare I get around to doing a review, but I was so impressed with the new Service Coordinator, Scott Maher, I felt compelled. He was positive,, polite and eager to ensure my visit was excellent in every way. The service man even vacuumed the interior of my car! Can one man make a HUGE difference in the way the customers view a company? Absolutely! Looking forward to my next visit and hoping Scott's stellar customer service is contagious for the other service men. More

Good experience, didn't find a car I liked It was around 7pm when we stopped by and we did stand around for a bit before someone helped us. I did have to ask, but to be fair there was a rather odd event going on in the parking lot which was consuming a lot of their attention (and rightfully so). I asked the manager if we should just leave because we weren't being helped and they looked busy, but he found us someone. The first salesman who helped us had to leave after about 15 minutes, we realized later that he was not feeling well, but with the man power directed at the other event, he tried to struggle through it for us which is why they're getting a 5 star rating from me. They ran some numbers for us, but the presentation was pretty mickey mouse, scrawled on the back of a sheet of paper. The pricing wasn't good in my opinion so we didn't go any further, but I gave them a high rating for their effort and attitude. More
