Excellent car buying experience with Richard Berger My husband and I recently bought a 2015 pilot from this dealership. I was very wary going into the dealership because I have had so really terrible ex My husband and I recently bought a 2015 pilot from this dealership. I was very wary going into the dealership because I have had so really terrible experiences in the past with dealers but this was refreshing and wonderful surprise. Richard had answered our email inquiry and invited us to come in and test drive. He said there would be no smoke and mirrors and that he would be up front about everything. We had done our homework prior to arriving and were well read on pricing and rates. Honestly I cannot say enough good things about Richard. We really liked him as a person but also he was very helpful and did everything to help us walk out with a new vehicle that we loved, that was the right price and for the right payments.
