They (1st time) gave me a great price that I could not match at any other dealership in the area (as far as Richmond, VA) Then I wanted to trade in my old car---they gave me $500 more than I was offered at Car Max.....I bought the car from them the next day. One other dealership came close to the price---but it was a 2009 model. I got a 2010 for the same price. I am thrilled with my experience at this dealership. I was looking for an Infiniti FX35 on Autotrader.com and saw one that I was interested in at Joe Coleman Infiniti. I printed out the vehicle history report and pictures of the vehicle. I received an inquiry from the dealer suggestion that I come in for a test drive. I made an appointment with Arthur Hall via the internet. After making an appointment with Mr. Hall, I received a follow up call introducing himself and making sure I knew how to get to the dealership for my appointment. Upon arriving at Jim Coleman, Mr. Hall greeted me with a welcoming smile and outstanding customer service. He had the vehicle that I wanted to see available and out front of the dealer ready to test drive. After test driving the FX 35 "I LOVED IT". I told Mr. Hall that I wanted this vehicle and wanted it today. Arriving back at the dealership he offered me a beverage and made sure I was comfortable. I then spoke with Mr. Davis in the Financial Dept. who went over all the possible options for financing and available warranities for my vehicle. I haven't received such exceptional, friendly, and speedy service at any other dealer. I leave about 40 minutes away from Jim Coleman's Infiniti dealer but I will travel the distance to receive my maintenance from the folks here. Everyone from the receptionist at the time of arrival was AWESOME. Thanks Lou who cleaned my vehicle, he did an beautiful job. After he confirmed the specs on the car I was interested in, he provided a price $500 UNDER what was listed on their website. The listed price was already LOWER than ANY price I had found for the vehicle and packages I wanted. I made an appointment the next day to purchase my car. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted immediately by several Infiniti members. Within 2 minutes of arriving, they had the car I had requested out in front, ready for me to test drive. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and explained each feature with such enthusiasm, it made me more excited to purchase the car. Once I returned back from my test drive, I was in Joe's hands. From the beginning to end, he was courteous, knowledgeable, understanding, had a GREAT sense of humor, and made me feel at ease at each decision I made. He made my first new car experience one that I will not forget! After all the paperwork was complete, he went over in detail each feature of the car, with the same excitement as the salesman during the test drive.
