I purchased a Used 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia from Jim Coleman Nissan in Silver Springs, MD. Richard was my salesman and did a fantastic job!! He sent me a full video of the car running and the interior. I was coming from an hour and half away, so this was very helpful. On the day of purchase, Richard sent a good morning text confirming the appointment, which was really nice. Once we got there, Richard had the car up front, ready for me to look it over. After the test drive the paperwork smooth, Adam was great as well and got the numbers where I wanted. Jay in finance was great! I initially didn't want the gap insurance bc I thought my car insurance had gap, once I found out they didn't, Jay was help to help me get it added on. I did have 2 small issues with the car after purchase, 1 a wire was broken and 2 a trim piece was missing. Kyle the used car manager took care of me! He got the parts ordered, kept me informed and once they arrived got me in for service the next day! All in all I had a great experience and highly recommended them! More
All the guys were phenomenal, patient, and explained everything the ins and outs of the Ariya. We had never thought of buying an all electric vehicle before. When I say the guys worked as a team they did just that. Adam even was nice enough to map out for us where there were a number of EVGo stations to hook up to. This is just how you get and keep a customer, with this sort of workmanship and dealing with a customer. We pushed and they pulled and we wound up with a beautiful white Ariya Engage and I'm thinking of purchasing one as well. If you read this you guys know I'm looking at that Blue Evolve+ EForce. The sales manager took several extra steps AFTER I had purchased my used Kia Soul EV to ensure that the car met my expectations. I purchased the car based on a battery health report from a local Kia dea purchased my used Kia Soul EV to ensure that the car met my expectations. I purchased the car based on a battery health report from a local Kia dealership which turned out to be wrong. Kyle, the sales manager took it on himself to call the dealership and get them to re-inspect the EV battery, which showed the battery to be under performing. He further talked with the dealership on my behalf to get them to push a warranty claim through that a 2nd Kia dealership had already denied! Kyle definitely earned my trust. More
I wish I could give ZERO! !! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I SOLD MY CAR TO THEM 2 WEEKS AGO AND STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PAID. I TOOK IT IN ON A SAT !! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I SOLD MY CAR TO THEM 2 WEEKS AGO AND STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PAID. I TOOK IT IN ON A SATURDAY AFTER THEY PERSISTENTLY CALLED ME TO BRING IT IN FOR AN ESTIMATE/SALE. THE CAR HAD A CLEAR TITLE, BEAUTIFUL CLASSIC CAR NEEDING MINOR REPAIRS. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY DON'T ISSUE CHECKS ON THE WEEKENDS, THE CHECKS ARE ISSUE FROM THEIR OTHER LOCATION AND IT SHOULD BE READY FOR ME TO PICK UP BY WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY, FRIDAY AT THE LATEST. BUT I WOULD BE CALLED ON MONDAY WITH AN UPDATE. MONDAY WENT BY, NO WORD FROM THEM. TUESDAY I HAD TO CALL THEM, AND WAS TOLD CHECK WASN'T READY, BUT I GET A CALL TOMORROW. WEDNESDAY NO CALL. THURSDAY I AGAIN HAD TO CALL THEM, AND WAS TOLD CHECK WAS READY BUT HADNT BEEN SIGNED. FRIDAY I CALLED AND WAS TOLD CHECKS COULD ONLY BE SIGNED BY OWNERS AND NEITHER ONE WAS IN. I ASKED FOR MY CAR BACK, AND WAS TOLD CAR WAS IN THE REPAIR SHOP AND TITLE HAD ALREADY BEEN SENT OFF. I WAS TOLD A CHECK WOULD BE FEDEXED TO ME ON MONDAY I WOULD BE A RECEIVE A CALL FROM MANAGER WITH TRACKING NUMBER,AND I WOULD RECEIVE IT TUESDAY. TODAY WHICH IS MONDAY WHEN AROUND 1300 FOR THE TRACKING NUMBER, I WAS TOLD CURRIER HAD NOT ARRIVED WITH CHECK YET AND I WOULD GET A CALL BACK. I THEN HAD TO CALL THE MANAGER BACK TWICE AND RECEIVE THE SAME RUN AROUND THAT HE WAS WAITING ON CURRIER. I CALLED THE GENERAL MANAGER AT THE MAIN LOCATION WHO TOOK DOWN THE INFORMATION, SAID HE WOULD LOOK INTO IT, AND CALL BACK. HE DID CALL BACK AND STATED THERE WAS A MIX UP WITH THE CURRIER AND CHECK HAD NOT BEEN SENT, BUT HE PERSONALLY WOULD FOLLOW UP ON IT TOMORROW AND HAVE CHECK FEDEXED TO ME BY WEDNESDAY. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND BAD BUSINESS!!! ESSENTIALLY MY CAR HAS BEEN STOLEN. THEY TOOK AND AND HAVE NOT PAID FOR IT!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. I WILL BE TALKING WITH AN ATTORNEY TOMORROW!!!! More

They change the price of service each time you go. I was just charged $177 for an oil change and tire rotation and a different price just a few months ago. Wait times are a little long as well.
