This visit was especially meaningful because my late fiancé, Thomas Marshall would normally have been the one taking my car in for my service needs. As the former Sales Leader at Nissan, he loved this d fiancé, Thomas Marshall would normally have been the one taking my car in for my service needs. As the former Sales Leader at Nissan, he loved this dealership and the people in it, and that same sense of family is something I continue to experience every time I visit. Thomas Corzo was exceptional! He took the time to explain what my vehicle needs now, what services can temporary wait, and provided estimates for everything so I can budget accordingly. At no point did I feel pressured, just informed and genuinely cared for. Ashley was also incredibly helpful, keeping me updated throughout the process and making sure I understood everything that was going on with my vehicle. Thank you to Roy & Parts dept for helping me with the batteries for both keys. A special thank you to Richard in Sales for always taking a moment to check in and for offering his genuine support! Those gestures never go unnoticed. Thank you to everyone at Jim Coleman Nissan of Silver Spring for your professionalism, honesty, and compassion. Your kindness means more than you know, and it's the reason this dealership will always feel like family to me. More
