I attempted to buy a car online. I called the dealership a day later to see the status of purchase. No one seemed briefed on the order. I was then transferred to Ed Smuda, who couldn't have been more helpfu a day later to see the status of purchase. No one seemed briefed on the order. I was then transferred to Ed Smuda, who couldn't have been more helpful. Even though he was with a customer, he took time for me and deal was completed. My online order was at the dealership, but seemed to be ignored. Ed was terrific, but I felt the dealership lacked. For Instance, even though I was there, check in hand, (after a 30 minute drive) and filling out the paperwork, the car still wasn't ready. Ed, was great, but I left the dealership feeling he was the only one there trying to help me. More
