I attempted to buy a car online. I called the dealership a day later to see the status of purchase. No one seemed briefed on the order. I was then transferred to Ed Smuda, who couldn't have been more helpfu a day later to see the status of purchase. No one seemed briefed on the order. My online order was at the dealership, but seemed to be ignored. Ed was terrific, but I felt the dealership lacked. For Instance, even though I was there, check in hand, (after a 30 minute drive) and filling out the paperwork, the car still wasn't ready. Ed, was great, but I left the dealership feeling he was the only one there trying to help me. More
