I purchased my Sierra from Jim Curley and had my first service appointment this week. First, on the sales side Carlos Martinez was amazing. After the purchase, Mr. Curley (James Curley III), came out, met my wife and I and handed us his card. Told us to call him if we ever needed anything or had a problem. I can tell you that he meant it. My first service experience, just as great! Bill Albert my Service Consultant was ready for my appointment, took the time to explain what they were going to do and was very attentive to our needs. Truck was returned in a timely manner and everything was completed to perfection. I am a neat freak with the truck and it was returned as spotless as I brought it in. My thanks to all at Jim Curley Buick GMC. They just don't sell you a car and walk away, they ensue your entire car experience is a good one. I called Carlos, who connected me with Bill.
