Let me say the whole car buying process is typically very long and drawn-out in my past experiences. We were there by 10:15 and on our way home by 11:30. The salesman Andrew Horochovic was very knowledgeable and helpful, completely organized and professional. Paul, in the Finance Dept., had all the paperwork for the deal ready for us on our return.
