Straight forward and Quick Purchase Process! The purchase of my Certified Yukon XL started with a quick drive through the lot when I should have been buying snacks for my little boy's baseball ga The purchase of my Certified Yukon XL started with a quick drive through the lot when I should have been buying snacks for my little boy's baseball game. I wasn't inundated when I got out of the car and instead was approached in a pleasant way by Mike Mangan. A very quick run through some numbers with and I felt comfortable that I wanted to proceed but also a bit hesitant. Again, I wasn't pressured at all, not once. I left and called the next day to say that I'd really like to take the car overnight in the next few days and Mike assured me he'd have it ready. When I arrived, it was waiting outside, already started, a dealer plate attached and a full tank of gas. I never stepped foot inside the building with my children. We moved baseball and dance bags from one car to the other and were on our way! I knew quickly that I was keeping this Yukon.....there's nothing not to love about it! I emailed Mike the next day to let him know that I wanted to complete the purchase and when I arrived at 5:30pm to sign the paperwork, it was ready to go in a stack. From the moment I found the vehicle until the second I drove away in it, I think I spent a total of 30 minutes inside the dealership. It was faster than going out to lunch and the most pleasant buying experience. I highly recommend Mike and his dealership especially if you maintain a busy schedule and are short on time. They make the process literally as effortless and simple as possible. They are also fantastic if your car shopping with kids.... in and out with no waiting around ! More
