Service Department and parts are also top notch, as I have another older GMC 3500 that needs things replaced here and there, but being a GMC, and a 2001, it is a great vehicle, and they are very helpful. Everyone here is down to earth. More

10 Stars, 5 Sales, 5 Service Unfortunately we bought a GMC truck from a different dealer BIG MISTAKE ! love the truck not the dealer .Next time it will be with Cynthia at Jim Curl Unfortunately we bought a GMC truck from a different dealer BIG MISTAKE ! love the truck not the dealer .Next time it will be with Cynthia at Jim Curley .After having the inconvenience of the truck being at the dealers for over 8 days they only "did us the favor" of plugging a tire that had a nail in it ,when it was supposed to have oil change, a job that takes two hours tops ,when we kept checking on it they kept telling us they were busy and would get to it as soon as possible They also failed to tell us about a steering recall and maintenance that was due. If Cynthia did not guide us to her service department we would have never ever met Bill and the Professional Service team.Bill made sure our truck was looked over from Bumper to Bumper and made sure it was brought up to date .BIG DIFFERENCE !without Bill and the Professional Service we would be in for some major issues with our new truck More

I was immediately greated outside by a sales rep (mike) who guided me through the entire purchasing process. As a young women, walking into a car dealership alone can be an intimidating experience, but at Jim Curley I felt as though I was treated like family. I was treated respectfully and never got that pushy vibe you often get at other dealerships. In fact other sales reps even introduced themselves and we ended up knowing a few of the same people in the area. Overall I would give them a 10 out of 10. More
