Promised up and down that i would get 700.00 Giftcard from Costco/GM promotion. He Lied. His name is ED SMUDA. Apparently the program didn't cover GM Employee purchase. Why would Ed push this rebate if he knew I wouldn't be receiving? I would have negotiated that into the price. His manager Lee Dell'olio was very rude and claimed ignorance and said it was my problem not his. He hung up on me. I have leased GM Cars for the last 22 years. I worked for GM. This was the WORST experience EVER. Dont bother. they will be the typical Sterotypical Card Sales man , trying to screw you over any way they can . More

I had met Ray during a maintenance checkup and he took the time, even though I wasn't quite ready to buy. He showed me a few options and we left it at that. Fast forward two months, I took my husband back and Ray did everything in his power to accommodate us and our needs. There was no 'pushy car salesman' gimmicks, just a laid back atmosphere. We are happy with our purchase and will continue to go to Jim Curley and Ray for all our car needs. More

Suggestion to future customers DO YOUR RESEARCH know what you want to buy so you and your salesperson are talking the same lingo. The sales person was very knowledgeable and a pleaseure to talk to in general. Cynthia, sales person, let us drive the SUV and not just on smooth straight roads but on badly paved roads to show us how the truck preformed. The dealership was very accomadating throughout the process from providing a good trade in value and matching loan rates in the area. Also showed us how all the technology works. We did not feel pressured. We received the SUV we wanted at the price we wanted without breaking our bank. I give them a 10+. More
