Awesome Customer Care. I came to this dealership for service back a few weeks ago and was treated great. The service center did misplace my key for about 1 hour but made up I came to this dealership for service back a few weeks ago and was treated great. The service center did misplace my key for about 1 hour but made up for it with a free detail. I was not expecting that. I said to myself wow they really know how to correct an honest mistake. Today I went to another dealership in wood bridge who I dealt with in the past. As they called me 4 times to get me into the store. To make a long story short they lied to get me there. I left there angry and disappointed as I had to take some time off of work and especially since I was a repeat customer and there was no negotiation to be made. I decided to try Jim curly because of my past service experience. I was greeted by Cynthia Rothschild. Who I dealt with during the entire process. She was extremely patient and not pushy. It was very pleasant not having to deal with the manger walking over (as you do in most dealerships). Truth be told, at one point during the numbers process I was getting ready to leave as we could not come to a payment that suited my needs but as Cynthia was so nice she asked that I hang out a bit longer so she can try to work some numbers again. So I stayed and she came back with something we can agree on. Later on she jumped in the car with me to give me a detailed review of all its features. Cynthia Rothschild is an amazing employee.
