Today I turned in my old lease 6 months early and picked up my new GMC Acadia Denali and I couldn't be more pleased. She was personable , friendly and professional. She introduced us to all of the staff and the service department so we were familiar with everyone if we need to come to get our car serviced. She made us feel welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere was calm and quiet. The finance part of it was handled very professional and were not made to feel stressed out or pressured like most dealerships we have experienced. The finance guy (Mark) was also wonderful and very helpful and made it a pleasurable experience. She was very helpful with our questions and was very informative and made sure we knew everything about the vehicle we purchased before we left with our new purchase.
