Wonderful Experience I had been looking for a new SUV for about 2 weeks, and felt stressed, bullied, and taken advantage of at a few different dealerships in my area. The I had been looking for a new SUV for about 2 weeks, and felt stressed, bullied, and taken advantage of at a few different dealerships in my area. Then I walked into Jim Curley Kia in Lakewood and was not expecting much different treatment. I walked in, and instantly felt the positive, light-airy, and home-like energy! I met Tom Larca and he had me laughing and smiling GENUINELY, the entire time. He was extremely honest, and felt like I was talking to my family. I fell in love with the Kia Sportage but needed a few extras, and the Jim Curley Kia Team made it happen without any push or force. I didn't even give them a number of what I was able to afford and they exceeded my expectations. It was as if I had known them for years in their fun loving atmosphere they created. I am so thankful I walked into that special branch of Jim Curley Kia. Now if all the dealerships could be like this, it would be wonderful. I will be sending my entire family to see Tom Larca and that incredible team of managers that made me have such an incredible experience! Thank you guys again!!!!! Terrain purchase Ray was great. We had the chance to meet Jim Curley as well. The whole staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We went into the dealership on a Frid Ray was great. Really Great customer care After paying my car off just one week prior I was involved in a car accident that totaled my car. So now I’m in a situation where i need a new car. A friend of mine referred me to John McClave with the promise that John would take good care of me and he really did. I know well and good that I was asking a lot to be put into a brand new car for a similar payment to what I was paying before, it took some negotiating but John really came through for me. The only criticism I could possibly have if any was that the first payment was due at signing, and John never mentioned that. I didn’t know having never leased a car before. Luckily that was not a big deal, and Jeane Baum in the financing office was absolutely phenomenal as well. Really the entire staff there was great and made the whole car buying experience as smooth and pleasant as it could possibly be. More
