Great Deal. Went down to look at a pre-owned certified 4 cylinder Terrain I saw online and after test driving it, I realized it wasn't quite what I wanted. Test drove a brand new 6 cylinder Terrain and that was the ticket. I traded in my 10 year old truck and they gave me a lot more for it than I expected. It was nice because I didn't felt like I was being pushed or swayed in any direction, whether new or used. It was just about me finding what I wanted within my price range. Overall I spent about 3-4 hours there and Mike was patient and friendly through and through. Lakewood is a bit of a drive from me, but I'll continue to go there regardless. Overall a pleasant experience and I left super happy about my new Terrain and feeling like I got a great deal. More
