Where "No Pressure Sales" Really Exist! On 5/4/17, I spent close to five hours at Jim Curley's Kia dealership, Route 88, Lakewood, NJ. What could have been a migraine maker, actually ended p On 5/4/17, I spent close to five hours at Jim Curley's Kia dealership, Route 88, Lakewood, NJ. What could have been a migraine maker, actually ended positively! The salesman, John McClave's head may have been pounding, but he maintained a cheerful and professional demeanor, while dealing with an unsure customer. John listened patiently, even when I kept changing my mind about what Kind of car would meet both my driving needs and be aesthetically pleasing! After test driving 4 vehicles, from brand new Kias, to used cars, waivering between leasing or buying, I realized that my salesman, John McClave, had me safely in a "no pressure zone"! After my decision was made to purchase a 2012 Acura, I dealt with Marc Novellino. Marc discussed the warranty offers that were available to me. Again, no pressure salesmanship was used. I left driving a car I loved and a 3 year warranty! Five hours definitely well spent! I only wish the snacks hadn't been put away when the Service Department closed. Thanks Michael Falcicchio More
