Not Upfront Leased a SUV from them in December (2016). Explained we had one more payment on our current lease. On January 16th, we received a letter from Kia Finance saying we still owed 1 month's payment and the Disposition Fee plus the last payment. We called the dealership the next day, spoke to finance, explained bill and they said they would look at the issue and get back to us and their should be no problem., they never did. On March 29, we received a letter from a collection agency for the past dues. Called the dealership and left a message for finance, they called back the next day, explained the issue again. The salesperson (Mike Mangan) called back and stated no such deal was made and they cannot cover the cost. I suggested they just pay the last payment and we would pay the Disposition fee, he said no go. Make sure you get everything in writing. Took him at his word that the last payment would not be an issue. He says he never said that, but he did. More

Our salesperson Cristin Car buying always such a time consumer and frustrating experience it is often dreaded. Not so at Jim Curley Kia of Lakewood. Our salesperson Cristina J. was so understanding and helpful. We told her up front we weren't going to spend the entire day looking at cars and haggling over the price. She knew exactly what we meant and went to work once we decided on the car. There was no back and forth with the "sales manager" over the price. She left a total of 2 times and we arrived at our price. Deal done in less than 90 minutes including test drive, paperwork, and prep! Jim the manager further explained 2 financing option showing us the $500 rebate was better than the 0,9% financing in saving us more money. This honesty was refreshing. Cristina closed the deal saving us the maximum money and a huge amount of time, exactly what we asked her to do at the outset.
