Phenomenal Staff I started my search for a new car online. I emailed Jim Curley Kia and within a few hours Jessica got back to me. I sent her numerous emails about t I started my search for a new car online. I emailed Jim Curley Kia and within a few hours Jessica got back to me. I sent her numerous emails about the different cars they had, my price questions, down payment concerns, fee questions etc. She was extremely courteous, efficient, genuine to my concerns, knowledgeable of the product and pricing and left no question unanswered. Jessica found me the car that would work with my budget and set up my appointment with the dealership. I was promised a price prior to arrival, which included no money down, fees included in the price, and an amount for my trade in. They were willing to take my 1994 Dodge Shadow and re home her. LOL. I was made a lot of promises before i arrived, and guess what... that is exactly what i got!!! When i arrived at the dealership i dealt with John. He confirmed all the information Jessica supplied me with and i had no surprises. No hidden fees, no bait and switch, no haggling about the monthly price. The whole process felt like i was just dealing with a friend. John took the time to not only get me the car i was looking for, but showed me how to use the Bluetooth and Sirius radio, which was all new to me. John really made this easy and I left with no questions or concerns. He was extremely thorough. Jim in finance also honored everything i was told, with no hidden financial surprises, This is my first new car, and i couldn't be happier. The whole team is amazing. I will definitely go here again if and when i need another vehicle. A+++ everyone. More
