I sent her numerous emails about the different cars they had, my price questions, down payment concerns, fee questions etc. She was extremely courteous, efficient, genuine to my concerns, knowledgeable of the product and pricing and left no question unanswered. Jessica found me the car that would work with my budget and set up my appointment with the dealership. I was promised a price prior to arrival, which included no money down, fees included in the price, and an amount for my trade in. They were willing to take my 1994 Dodge Shadow and re home her. LOL. I was made a lot of promises before i arrived, and guess what... that is exactly what i got!!! When i arrived at the dealership i dealt with John. He confirmed all the information Jessica supplied me with and i had no surprises. No hidden fees, no bait and switch, no haggling about the monthly price. The whole process felt like i was just dealing with a friend. John took the time to not only get me the car i was looking for, but showed me how to use the Bluetooth and Sirius radio, which was all new to me. John really made this easy and I left with no questions or concerns. He was extremely thorough. Jim in finance also honored everything i was told, with no hidden financial surprises, This is my first new car, and i couldn't be happier. The whole team is amazing. I will definitely go here again if and when i need another vehicle. A+++ everyone. More

I was about 3,000 miles away from going over my previous lease agreement. Thanks to John, was able to save on those potential costs and was able to drive off with a brand new 2017 Kia Sorento. John was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the product and was very helpful with making the process quick and stress-free. This is my 2nd lease agreement with Jim Curley Kia and will not be my last. I have now had two very enjoyable and stress-free experiences. The employees here are all courteous and have made a normally stressful experience very enjoyable. More

John McClave John called me earlier in the week to discuss the option to trade in my lease four months early and lease a new Kia. My husband and I made an appoint John called me earlier in the week to discuss the option to trade in my lease four months early and lease a new Kia. My husband and I made an appointment for Saturday morning; my husband woke up and exclaimed "we are not leasing a new car today!" We were immediately greeted by John and he first asked what our needs were. We explained our situation and what we were looking for. John is a no BS guy; he gave it to us straight (he's a former NYC cop so he's all about being fair and truthful). After explaining our needs, he let my husband take the 2017 Kia Sorrento on a test drive. We fell in love with the car and the lease agreement immediately. Being that I leased a 2014 Kia Forte, we were awarded the "Loyalty" discount for our lease. The man who does the financing (his name escapes me), leased the Kia Forte to my father and I in 2014. I asked if he remembered me as the young woman leasing a car for her dad and he immediately lit up, "I thought you looked so familiar!" Jim Curley Kia is an all around amazing experience. They are no BS and treated us like real human beings. It was the same experience we received when we purchased my husband's Toyota Camry from Auto Lenders two years ago (Auto Lenders' salesmen are not paid based on commission). I expect to lease from Jim Curley Kia every three years until a lease no longer fit our needs. If you don't want to feel like your being sold a vehicle, we highly recommend this establishment!
