Purchase of a Titan Truck I found a 2013 Nissan Titan truck on line at the dealership and made arrangements to go and test drive the truck. I contacted the dealership, and Jess I found a 2013 Nissan Titan truck on line at the dealership and made arrangements to go and test drive the truck. I contacted the dealership, and Jessica and the credit mgr cordinated to hold the truck until I could travel up there as I live 2+ hrs away, as I really felt this Truck met all the needs I was looking for in one. I was greeted by Phil Correa, a salesman and showed me the Titan. He thoroughly explained the loaded package of the vehicle and arranged for a test drive. During the test drive, he answered all my questions in detail and what he didn't have an answer for, immediately got the complete and detailed answer upon returning to the dealership. He was not "pushy" at all as most salesmen are. He was very polite and worked with me to complete the purchase that day in a timely manner as I live 2+ hrs away and wanted to complete the purchase and take the vehicle home that day. He was great and got the paperwork and last "detailing" done so I received a vehicle that looked brand new. I left the dealership with my new Truck very happy and was never "pressed" to make a purchase, but was helped in every way by my salesman Phil. I would not hessitate to seek out and make another purchase with this dealership again if needed in the future. Phil has also made contact with me several times via email to follow up and make sure all my expectations have been met and any questions/issues he is willing to assist with. It is nice to deal with a dealership and salesman that doesn't pressure you for a sale and forget about you once the purchase is done and off the lot. This dealership is definitely different and more "human" is caring for the customer than others I have visited when looking for a Truck purchase locally where I live. Being a car salesman daughter of 30 years, I know what it's like when a customer pulls up on a lot to look at cars, the salesperson gets excited and hopes today is their lucky day, they will do everything to get a sale. This was so not the case with Andrew, he never once pressured us into anything, he let us tell him what we wanted in a vehicle (options, colors, etc. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. If my husband and I could have planned out ahead of time how we wanted our car shopping experience to be, it would have gone exactly as it did. We purchased our new Acadia SLE-2 on a Saturday, and by the time we were done with all the paperwork, I wasn't able to get my manuals, so Andrew asked if I could stop by the next day, and I did, not only did I get my manuals, Andrew took my car and got me a full tank of gas. Wow!!! A big thank you to all the staff at Jim Curley GMC and especially Andrew, we love our new vehicle thanks to you. My daughter loves the owners golden retrievers, and how the wonder around the sales floor they are so cute, adds a special touch to the dealership. Thank you again!!!!! More

Service department needs to be retrained in customer service I brought my 2016 gmc pick up in for uneven transmission shifts and squeaking brakes two times and was told by the service advisor that the transmissi I brought my 2016 gmc pick up in for uneven transmission shifts and squeaking brakes two times and was told by the service advisor that the transmission took a while to figure out what gear to choose and that brake squeaking was normal when first using them after complaining to my sales associate I brought it back for the third and last time they suddenly found 2 computer upgrades for the transmission problems and the service manager looked me in the eye and again told me the brake squeaking is normal but they checked the brakes and found no problems when I backed my truck up to leave the brakes squeaked but I was so angry I didn't get out of my truck to confront them the next day the sales women called and after telling her my dissatisfaction she to.d me to bring it to another dealer More
