Car was ready for delivery as promised 2 days later; paperwork was smooth with Jim in Finance. No tricks, no games. I told them up front that I was a DealerRater devotee and they took it seriously. Dealt with Al Angelo in sales and sales manager Jim Orozco, both were easy to work with with no pressure. This dealer is 40 miles from my house but the trips were worth it. More

Everyone at the dealership that I had contact with was friendly and helpful. When other car dealers said "NO" to me, Tom Larca said Yes!!. I drove out of the dealership in a 2016 "leased" Kia Forte.
