A Smooth Ride While the world remains in the state of change, one thing that does not change is the need for transportation. With the change of season and a new summer approaching, I suddenly felt the urge to change cars. I spoke with Jim Curley and I inquired about the new Buick, the Cascada convertible I had seen on the internet. My Late husband, Michael, had dealt with Jim and I remember Michael being extremely happy with the experience! Jim set up an appointment for me with Cynthia, one of his sales reps, to come into the dealership and test drive the Cascada. When I arrived, I was treated warmly, respectfully and patiently by Jim, Cynthia and the rest of the staff. I test drove the car and I was also a passenger to try the ride. It didn't take long after explaining where I wanted to be with payments that I was presented with several options. I selected one and drove the car home that same night. The next day I returned for a tutorial for all the bells and whistles in technology that the car includes. Again, even after the deal was cut, Cynthia was more than patient with me as she presented all the workings of each system! I want to thank Jim Curley, a man who lives up to his great reputation, and Cynthia, a very patient person, who took much of the stress out of the decision making process..
