Ready to give me a loaner car or have an employee drive me home and pick me up when my car was ready. When I was ready to trade it in for a new 2016 Terrain I worked with Cynthia Rothschild. She is soft-spoken, patient and not at all like the pushy aggressive car sales people we all dread. I told her what I needed on my trade in to make a deal work.
