Great customer service ! Paul's did a great job by having the car I was looking for ready out on the lot when I came in. Smooth ride! As a first time car lesee I was really nervous to get the process started. I am very prone to "buyers regret" and did not want to experience that with a car that I have to keep for several years. The entire staff is wonderful and professional. They helped me to make an informed decision and get something that is in our price range (we just had a baby so finances are really in the forefront right now). Mike Mangan closed the sale and went the extra mile to help me get in the car ASAP. He got me on the phone with Geico right away, and took care of all the paperwork to make sure I could pick up my brand new truck the next night. When I came to pick it up, the paperwork was quick and smooth, and then Mike took me out to show me all the features. Really helpful considering my previous car was a 2001 and things have obviously drastically changed (I just never had a new car before). He called me the next morning to check in on me. My father in law is an old school guy from Brooklyn, and he really liked Mike. That speaks for itself! We will be loyal Jim Curley customers for a long time to come, thanks to the amazing treatment we received from this staff. Thank you for making this experience smooth and stress free! More
