The best salesman Mr. John McClave!!!!!! Hello!!! I was in the Jim Curley showroom Saturday, 9/12/2015 and was greeted with the most friendliest salesman that I've ever met. His name is Jo Hello!!! I was in the Jim Curley showroom Saturday, 9/12/2015 and was greeted with the most friendliest salesman that I've ever met. His name is John McClave. He carefully listened to what I had to say, and acknowledged every word that I said. He patiently worked with me, knowing that I was a nervous wreck!! I stated that I've been corresponding with emails from another gentleman in sales. He quickly took all my information, and immediately told me that I was very eligible to purchase considering my credit. I felt so comfortable with John. He's not like one of those sales persons that try to sell you something that you know xxxx right well you can't afford. He worked with me, and told me fact. No beating around the bush, no pushing to further a higher sale, and was a real person instead of someone who really didn't care about a customer. He did exactly what anyone would want a salesman to do!!!! Fit my needs!!! I've never been so impressed with a salesperson in my life. Any believe you me, I've dealt with them all!!! He understood what I wanted, no more and no less. I felt comforted, and knew he wasn't going to try to slip something up on me that I didn't want. After my stomach stopped turning from the conversation I had with John, I knew I came to the right place!!! I wasn't even sure if I was going to purchase a vehicle that day or not, but I know I made the right choice. I wish all salesmen were like Mr. John McClave. I was so happy that when I left I gave him a hug!!!! Thank you again Mr. McClave for making my dream come true!!! And also to all the staff at Jim Curley car sales. Certified Used Car I recently visited the dealership for an oil change as per dealer recommendations and when I arrived I was treated warmly and professional. The servic I recently visited the dealership for an oil change as per dealer recommendations and when I arrived I was treated warmly and professional. The service department asked if I noticed if any thing they needed to be aware of, I explained my A/C was not putting out cold enough air. The service rep said they can check it out. The rep explained there is a charge as it would not be covered. The rep told me the price and I have been in other dealers / service places and the price was about half in other service departments. Even with the extra items my car needed it only added one hour to the service time. I have been nothing but satisfied with the service, price, and over all attitude of the service department. More

Fears and Stress put "At-Ease" I recently needed to trade in the "old" for a "newer" model. After owning 2 other Kia models, I decided to try here first. My last Kia was 12 years I recently needed to trade in the "old" for a "newer" model. After owning 2 other Kia models, I decided to try here first. My last Kia was 12 years old...so it was time to get behind the wheel of something a bit more reliable. My first fear was, I am closer to the lower credit rating, and really did not think I would qualify for something I could afford monthly, without having a crazy high interest rate. I also did not want to walk into a dealership cold, being a single woman, and becoming a target for the usual car salesman gimmicks! So I went in prepared, and ready for the "Sales-Pitch" with open eyes. I took the first step and did a credit check online with Jim Curly, and shockingly, received an instant pre-approval and my credit score. An appointment was scheduled the exact same day. So with that said, the dealership was already aware of my status, and I did not have to deal with a salesman trying to get my hopes up and show me a ton of flashy cars that look great on the lot, feel awesome driving, that I knew I would never qualify for. I am fully aware of my budget and did not want to be suckered into setting myself up for failure. So I walked right into the dealership, and was greeted by a friendly car salesman, Tom Larca. He was able to pull my information up instantly and had a few cars in mind, but knew just from talking to me, for a few minutes, what I would be interested in. Within 5 minutes, I was test driving my new Kia and was working out a deal! He knew my monthly price range and was able to get me as close to the best offer possible. No long, drawn out, back and forth wheeling and dealing... It was either yes or no. It truly was the easiest, quickest, car buying experience, without spending hour upon hour at the dealership... Within 3 hours I was already back on the road in MY new ride!!! I was so stressed and nervous, but by the time I left the dealership, I felt like I had made a friend, and Tom Larca had my best interests in mind, and not what he was going to gain from the transaction.
