We first visited the Kia dealershi My mom was in the market to buy a car ASAP. Torn between two different cars, she didn't know which one to choose. We first visited the Kia dealership in Lakewood where Paul Vidal was our salesperson. He was easy to talk to, answered all of our questions, and respected our need to compare other cars. That last thing was most appreciated because buying a car is a big decision! You need to weigh the pros and cons of each and make an educated decision. You don't want to live with buyers' remorse. So, while he wanted our business, there was absolutely NO PRESSURE! Unlike other car companies, there was no closer lurking nearby. He gave us an out the door offer that would hold should we come back. It was not a "Take it or leave it" offer. How refreshing!! After testing other cars and doing research, we were back. My mom chose the Kia Soul. She was excited. I was, too! The process was smooth as silk. We were in and out in an hour and a half. Thank you, Paul, for making the transaction so easy! I will be sure to recommend you to all of my friends and family. I love watching my mom tool around in her new wheels. She looks like a little kid with a big smile on her face! Priceless! More
