I called for a minor problem which a service call was needed. Making the appointment was hassle free, and when I arrived to pick up a loner it only took about 10 minutes. I then received a call in about an hour and was told problem solved and I could pick up the car at any time ...no pressure to come now. I work as a Hospice Nurse and needed a loaner to do my job. All I can say is great job.great service. More
