After searching locally we had no luck and expanded our search to New Jersey. I reached out about one available at Jim Curley Buick GMC and instantly heard back from Jessica. That same day we made the drive to check out the car and were introduced to Cynthia. She was warm and friendly from the start and helped put us at ease instantly. We had our three daughters with us and they loved talking with her. After a quick test drive we decided to purchase the vehicle and Cynthia and Bill were just awesome the rest of the night. We shared lots of laughs, Cynthia helped soothe our daughters as they were distraught trading in the car "they had their whole lives". As they sobbed in the parking lot Cynthia helped distract them by helping them name our new car. Bill was absolutely fantastic and was very patient with us as we were there until after 10pm that night. We were so grateful for their willingness to work with us that night and save us another trip back to NJ. From the salesman to the manager to the finance guy. No bull. No going back and forth to "check with the manager" . Just a total pleasure!! From the very first time I pulled in and was greeted by Tom Murphy. I asked if we could test out a Soul. He had us look at a few and pick the one we wanted to drive. We picked and within 5 minutes had the key and said, 'you guys don't need me to go with you, take it for a spin and let me know what you think" !! This was the first good sign. I hate when the salesman comes with you on the test drive. Next up, the pricing. I had my research done and knew what the numbers were. They gave me theirs and they matched up with what I had perfectly. No games and time wasting nonsense. They are a little out of the way for me coming from Freehold, but I don't mind giving my business to people I like over the criminal dealers that dominate my home area. We picked the model we wanted which they happened to have in stock and left a deposit. Called Tom the day I was coming in to pick it up. He handled the insurance for me and had the car waiting when we pulled in. Last part was of course the payment with the money man. Quick and easy. A very nice guy named Jim (don't remember his last name) Made it fast and never tried to push the whole warranty thing on me. He explained it, I declined and that was that. I almost feel guilty writing a good review for a car dealer but this one earned it!! They have my recommendation and if you are in the market for one of these vehicles, please stop in and ask for Tom Murphy. A nice guy from start to finish with zero pressure and nonsense. A lot of the dealers around here could take a lesson on how to operate from these guys!! If you stop in, tell Tom I sent you!! More
