Hate car salesman-BUT this was an awesome experience! I'd been reluctant for months to go shopping for my daughter, Victoria's first car. I hate car salesman. Tommy, our salesman, understood my situation being a single mom buying her daughter her first car. Tommy went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and accommodate the monthly payments my daughter and myself had budgeted on. He actually had a heart! This is the first great experience I have had in buying/leasing a vehicle. A sign from God... a dream came true! So I started researching online for a new car for my daughter to finish out grad school with. So many dealers began contacting me with all kinds of promises. Everyone tried to beat the previous one. So, we went to the first well known place and it was a total disappointment. Nothing good to say. We were staring sarcasm, attitude and aggravation right in the face. We were gone within 45 mins. On day 2 we tried Jim Curley Kia... upon entering the building feeling very apprehensive and ready for battle ... surprise set in b/c they greeted us without attacking us. We were dealing with Mike Glynn, our online rep who was very smart to make sure that in the showroom the staff knew exactly what I communicated in my email exchange and approached us in a way that I really appreciated. No gimmicks, no games... just recapped what I was looking for and got down to business. Smartest move was to have us deal with JOHN McCLAVE! HE LISTENED TO EVERY WORD and even apologized a few times for the horrid experience we had at the other dealership. While we were finalizing the deal the heavens opened up with torrential rains... it was like a tornado for 10 mins! As the clouds scattered and the sun came out there was an AWESOME RAINBOW in front of the showroom... it was like a sign from God! We said YES and the rest is history. We leased a car. From Mike our Internet rep to JOHN McCLAVE who exceeded our expectations the entire transaction was wonderful. No hassling. My price was met.
