I was in the market for a fully loaded 2015 Acadia and had visited several dealerships for test drives and pricing. I knew the color, trim and spec's I wanted in the truck and took a shot calling Jim Curley among a couple of other dealers to see if they could match the pricing I received from the dealers I visited. Mike Glynn at the Curley dealership responded to my inquiry immediately and quickly provided me with the best pricing in comparison to the other 3 dealers. No haggling or back and forth, no nickel and diming, no games, just straight to the point. He was very friendly and accommodating. In addition I wanted to complete the entire transaction and get the paperwork completed on the phone so I could get in the position to just show up over the weekend with my wife and drive away with the car the same day. When I reached the dealership that weekend I was a little skeptical because I had not seen the car yet but to my very pleasant surprise it was exactly what we were looking and even included some add on features that we were not expecting which made the deal great. Mike Magnan was our sales rep. who helped us get through the remainder of the transaction quickly and made the entire process painless. We showed up with our 1 year old and did not have a lot of time to spend there. Knowing that Mike Magnan and team did a great job with putting a rush on getting the car detailed quickly and finalizing the remaining paperwork with us including assessing our trade in. We were out of there and on to our busy day in our new truck in an hour. The experience was painless and the Curley guys made what would normally be an aggravating process seamless, quick and very straight forward. All my expectations were met and I would definitely buy from them again. More
