I would definitely do business with them again. Jessica with the Internet sales team responded to my emails very quickly and found the color combo I wanted. When I arrived at the dealership Cynthia R. was my sales consultant. Cynthia was very friendly and I felt no pressure to buy unlike other dealerships, overall it was one of the smoothest new car purchases I've ever made. Even though I owed a ton on my trade-in she got me a great deal. She was also very knowledgable about the vehicle and took the time to explain all of the features of the car. Don't have tags a month later I came to Buick GMC to trade in our old trail blazer for a new truck before my husband came back from his deployment. The woman who helped me was helpful but when it came to the tagging and registering of the vehicle, I asked to do it myself and she told me it would be easier for them to do it and that they're professionals and could take care of it. My temp tags expired on December 4, 2014. I contacted my sales rep on December 5 and asked her if she knew when I would get my permanent tags because my temp tags expired on the day before and she said she would get back to me, I emailed her numerous times over the three weeks I did not have tags and her emails were very unprofessional, it was like she was texting me. She then got me in touch with the DMV lady who told me she needed some more paperwork before she could submit my registration. I sent her the paperwork she needed the next day and didn't hear anything back after that. I have emailed her numerous times over the last two weeks and have not gotten a reply about where my tags were and what the status was. I called to talk to the manager on the 20th after not being able to drive my car for over two weeks and was assured that on Monday, December I would have an answer of where the tags were. Monday morning I received a call from the sales lady who assured me I would have my tags by Christmas. Christmas has come and gone and I still have no tags. It has been over three weeks now and I have not been able to drive my car because I still do not have my tags or registration. More
