Everyone was great. I came in on an advertisement in the Asbury park press and they actually did the deal advertised. Justin is the type of car salesman that will give car salesmen a good name. He is down-to-Earth, friendly and honest. When delivering my car after the actual close of day he never rushed me & insisted I salesmen a good name. He is down-to-Earth, friendly and honest. When delivering my car after the actual close of day he never rushed me & insisted I not leave safety or operational issues(blue tooth programming, mirror adjustment & shifting) to another time. He was friendly to my children (a HUGE thing) and went out of his way to make my experience a good one. Although I was buying my vehicle regardless of the salesperson (the first one I spoke to didn't seem particularly interested in my business, but rather bothered by my presence & that of my children), Justin made the experience I walked away with a good one. It has been less than 24 hrs and Justin has already followed up regarding insurance as he said he would. I trust that any sales promise he makes, he would keep! If I were to refer a friend, I would stress that he/she deal with Justin. He is an asset to his employer! More

Great experience. I drove from Williamstown ,Nj which was an hour and a half away. to start my day off good was Danielle answered the phone with a great personality and after I met her she was the same in pe an hour and a half away. to start my day off good was Danielle answered the phone with a great personality and after I met her she was the same in person. I called to make sure they had 2013 models in stock . Instead of her just telling me yes . She actually checked to make sure how many they had . She was very accurate . Then I received a trade in price on my car at two other dealers in South Jersey . They gave me the same trade number as the other dealers . The big surprise came when I got the discounted price and their selection was wonderful . To be honest I just drove up to see which one I wanted and then buy one a little closer to home but I got at least a $2,000 better deal here and a lower interest rate. Because I was a little unfamiliar with the Optima I was there for three hours checking which one I wanted and they never pushed me one way or another . I really appreciate what they did for me today . I received a very good price on my trade and a very good price for the car . They earned their money and I saved on my end . I was treated with respect and without pressure and manipulation. I really want to thank Danielle who got me there and Frank my salesman And Anthony . Even the wash guy and the runner were all so nice .The owners were even there and made me feel like family. I was hesitant to go up there because I was afraid of the North Jersey arrogance. I did not feel it at all even though I had my Philadelphia Phillies shirt on . Not to bring up another dealer in the area I won't mention name but it begins with a G and ends with a Y . STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. We called over the phone about an ad for a lease on a kia optima. The women told us 199 a month no money down 36 months. We took the drive into the dealer and the first thing they said was its 218. We dealt with this because the price wasn't out of our reach. We than were told the car we wanted to lease was not available because they were deciding to use it in a test drive. First off the customer wants to buy the car why would you not sell it to them? We dealt with this and they were really pushing a silver optima instead. We worked it back and forth because we really didn't want silver and the price went down to 189 a month no money down, 36 months. This was a great deal in our eyes and we made the agreement, we ran credit for owner and co signer and everything seemed fine. No one said a thing about tiers being a problem after we added a co signer. The manager Anthony let us take the car home with us that night with dealer plates on it. We came back the next day and waited 2 hours just to sign paper work! They weren't ready for us to come even though they gave us the car and knew we were coming. We sit down to start signing papers and brought our co signer who has excellent credit. We are than told that the month lease was $270!! Credit scores were prime on both the signer and co signer! My question to the manager Anthony is why wouldn't you have told us when price meant everything. We only took the silver car because of the price and it changes over night? Don't you think as a credible business you would tell the customer because of credit etc the price had gone up? Instead surprise them after they bring the co signer down and had the car for a day!? Complete lies the entire time, go to Freehold Kia they take good care of the customer and don't lie! I am so dissatisfied still about this. Plus they have a dog in the dealership who just mops around, so unprofessional! Everything about this place was fishy and please stay away! More
They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to buy the car, but if you have a question or problem after you drive off the lot you are screwed. I found out 10 days after I bought the car that they still hadn't processed my registration because they needed documents from me that they never asked me for. I only have 20 days to get the tags on the car because I live out of state, and they outsource this service for PA drivers, so I have my fingers crossed that they will be able to get this done in time. The explanation I got about the delay was that someone was on vacation. This doesn't explain why the salesman didn't get the correct photocopies of my license when I was there. I also called them to find out what to do about getting an inspection sticker since the new car did not come with one. Mark didn't know and transferred me to Rose Fleming, the motor vehicles clerk. She was friendly and professional and offered to send me the NJ sticker to use with the temporary NJ plates. She needed to check with the Comptroller, Marisa, to find out if I could get reimbursed for having to get the inspection done myself in PA. Marisa called back and seemed confused about the situation. She said she can't give me the NJ sticker and confirmed that they provide the sticker for NJ residents, but PA residents have to go get it on their own. She would not reimburse me for this cost that would be included if I had a NJ address. She was rude and talked over me; it was awful to deal with her. I asked to speak to a manager and she said there is no one there above her. When I bought the car, Mark Imbimbo told me that Jim Curley is a good guy who will make sure the customer receives good service. I am not seeing any of that, and Marisa told me it's not an option to speak to Jim Curley himself. I work in customer service and I understand how important it is to provide good service and not make the customer feel like they are getting ripped off. At Jim Curley, you will get terrible customer service. More
Went to Jim Curley to get a lease on a base Kia Soul in the Alien color. Very happy with Cynthia, the salesperson. She was friendly, attentive, and did everything she could to make me comfortable.
