At J.C. my husband & I were greeted by a polite,handsome young man, Tommy Bowen. He listened to what I was looking for in my new car very patiently & was very quick to suggest the model he believed would fit my requirements, the Kia Optima EX. I was instantly smitten(with the car). & we were able to work out a deal thanks to the mgr. Bill Turtora. I have to say it was a great experience from the time we walked in (which was actually 45 minutes before closing) And at no time did I feel rushed.especially because we must have been there at least 11/2 hours after closing!!! He stopped by on a Monday evening and met with Fabienne (salesperson) and Anthony (manager).Based on the straightforward, professional manner with which he was treated, he left a $100 deposit. The next evening we went back to the dealership, I filled outt the paperwork (Bob, the finance guy was terrific) and Fabienne delivered my beautiful new car! It's a week since then. We have had follow up e-mails, and phone calls from Fabienne Needless to say, I am so satisfied with the level of service afforded me by everyone at Jim Curley's. And... I LOVE my new BuickVerano!!! Every individual we encountered with the dealership was extremely professional, from Mr. Curley and his son, Jim.....who spoke with us both professionally and personally.... to the gentleman who prepped our vehicle to take home. As we arrived later in the day, we did not know the dealership closed at 6pm that day. We apologized to all that had to delay going home for the evening, however ALL shared the same response, saying "that's what we're here for"! A wonderful overall experience.
