When we were done working with Tom and ready to discuss the finance end of it, Jim was there. Jim was awesome, answered all of our questions and explained everything in full detail (which usually doesn't happen at dealerships because they rush you). I never like going to dealerships but I must say, this dealership is an exception. Tom and Jim exhibited excellent customer service skills, were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
