There was no pressure whatsoever in the process and he went out of his way to satisfy me. I found everyone I met that day to be extremely friendly and the overall dealership to be a pleasure to deal with. We were greeted by Cynthia, told her what we were looking for in a used car and what our budget was, and she stated that they had several vehicles in our price range. What a great experience!!! We got a flat tire the next day which turned out to be the air vaulve , called the dealer ship and they promptly gave us a new tire, free of charge. Needless to say they did not have to do this, but were so courteous and helpful with it. So we can say that the Service Department at Jim Curley is also awesome! The JIm Curley Kia dealership staff was great! Kun Jiang was the sales associate I dealt with and he was very friendly and helpful. It had just snowed the night before I went into the dealership and Kun Jia was the sales associate I dealt with and he was very friendly and helpful. Rocco and my father spent a total of 1 hour finding the right car for me and working on a price. 1 HOUR!!! It truly does not get better than that. My husband and I visited this dealership not with the intention of purchasing a vehicle on that day.
