Dealer add on accessories of approximately $3000 were just a gimmick to raise their profit margin. I visited Jim Ellis to order a ‘22 Escalade back in December, a follow up visit to swap out my emblems and now a follow up visit due to a headrest issue in the 2nd row. From Chuck Hayden in sales being there every step of the way and keeping me informed to Kathy the inventory manager being so prompt and helpful to Noah in service truly being the consummate professional, it truly doesn’t get better than this team who works together. I also had a great conversation while waiting for my service to complete with Lance Green, a new sales associate transferring from another location. It was great being able to share my experience with him since the time I have been a customer with Jim Ellis Cadillac.
