I ended up at this dealership because they had a 2-door manual Jeep that I wanted. I had only bought cars in private sales for cash up until that point. I called the dealership when I saw the ad on Autotra manual Jeep that I wanted. I had only bought cars in private sales for cash up until that point. I called the dealership when I saw the ad on Autotrader, and Joseph picked up immediately, texted me, and scheduled a test drive in less than five minutes. We met on a Saturday morning, and had a great time driving the Jeep around the neighborhood. Despite being out of his purview, Joseph was honest and forthcoming about what he did and did not know about the vehicle, and was just a nice guy to work with. Turns out we are both GSU grads! I had a misunderstanding about a month later regarding the financing, and Joseph quickly addressed the situation, assuaging my concerns.
