I purchased a vehicle here on 3-14-24. I drove from SC 3 hrs to pick the vehicle up on the 15th and there were some things wrong with the vehicle. Justin (the car salesman) assured me that I drove from SC 3 hrs to pick the vehicle up on the 15th and there were some things wrong with the vehicle. Justin (the car salesman) assured me that they would be corrected- The vehicle would be delivered to me on the 17th, my GM points reimbursed to me (since the paperwork was already completed and not applied), and tags would be mailed to my house. After two months, two temporary tags and still no reimbursement or tag, I went to the SC DMV and learned that I would have to fill out paperwork, go to the tax office and go pick up the tag myself (which they informed me happens a lot when purchasing a vehicle in GA.) I have no problem with the extra time, effort or money this took. I do have problems with being lied to by Justin repetitively though. I then called to speak with the GM, Jamie on 5/31/24. He told me he would look into my files and call me back from his personal cell phone number and let me know what was going on. We spoke for less than 5 minutes. He had someone names Melissa call to explain that SC is a title only state. After asking if I would like to speak to anyone else (who else would I speak to if not the general manager himself, who did not return my call as he said he would)?, I told her no, I would be writing an online review. Suddenly, Jamie called from his cellphone and left a voicemail stating that he was about to have Melissa call and explain the tag/title process to me and to please call him if I had any other concerns. Now we're insulting my intelligence and trying to cover our tails... the call logs prove that. My concerns are that after spending six figures on a car, no one feels any responsibility for customer satisfaction/complaints or upholding the end of their verbal agreements. I had a witness with me for the signing of the paperwork and the promises made by Justin. I recently took my vehicle into Augusta, GA for service and realized I also had an air conditioner hose leaking and the shaking tire issue was a result of needing an alignment and balancing (which Justin said would be fixed before delivery.) I would never do business here again. More
Joseph was great to deal with. Honest, straight forward and very concerned about our vehicle needs. We will recommend Joseph to everyone. Honest, straight forward and very concerned about our vehicle needs. We will recommend Joseph to everyone. More
I dreaded having to shop for a new car after 24 years with the same ride. Justin Perlino changed my mind. Communication was quick and responsive and done, for the most part, online or over the phone. They had the Lyriq I wanted in the color I preferred and even found some additional discounts I was eligible for. This was NOT the experience I had at other dealerships in the Atlanta area. More

Bobby was an amazing salesperson, now friend from beginning to end of our car buying experience. He was extremely professional and listened to my husband’s needs. He made the deal happen so effortl beginning to end of our car buying experience. He was extremely professional and listened to my husband’s needs. He made the deal happen so effortlessly and he has been in touch with us ever since. We stopped by almost at closing time and Bobby never rushed us during the process. He even took time to go and grab our vehicle and bring it back over to the dealership from a remote location. He was in constant contact with us. It only took a few minutes for him to find the perfect vehicle. Jim Ellis Cadillac please take care of Bobby because you do not find car salesmen like him anymore! He is officially invited to our family gatherings and now one of our nephews!!!😊 More
I recently had the pleasure of working with Bobby at Jim Ellis Cadillac to purchase my new Cadillac Lyriq, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I walked into the dealersh Jim Ellis Cadillac to purchase my new Cadillac Lyriq, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Bobby's professionalism and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. Bobby's knowledge about the Cadillac lineup, especially the Lyriq, was impressive. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring he recommended a vehicle that suited my lifestyle and budget. His patience and willingness to answer all my questions made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What stood out the most was Bobby's genuine interest in helping me find the right car rather than just making a sale. He provided detailed explanations about the Lyriq's features, performance, and cutting-edge technology, allowing me to make an informed decision. During the test drive, Bobby was attentive and encouraged me to take my time to truly experience the car's capabilities. The negotiation process was straightforward and transparent. Bobby was respectful and worked diligently to get me the best deal possible. There were no surprises or hidden fees, which I greatly appreciated. Even after the purchase, Bobby followed up to ensure I was completely satisfied with my new Cadillac Lyriq. His dedication to customer service is truly commendable. In summary, my experience with Bobby at Jim Ellis Cadillac was exceptional. He is an outstanding sales consultant who goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are happy. I highly recommend Bobby to anyone in the market for a new vehicle, especially the innovative Cadillac Lyriq. More
Unfortunately my experience was SUPER HORRIBLE! Not only did they keep my vehicle that I’d purchased less than a month prior for three months, two months in after me having to reach out to the pers Not only did they keep my vehicle that I’d purchased less than a month prior for three months, two months in after me having to reach out to the person that sold it to me, I was told to come pick it up because it was ready. After making the long ride there I found that my vehicle hadn’t been repaired and the recommendations from their mechanic was ignored. All I got was empty promises and next to zero communication. I even tried the app so that I could create a paper trail and they still fell short. My bumper to bumper warranty is rapidly approaching and I hadn’t had fair enough time to experience my vehicle properly. I had two issues with my vehicle. The passenger side blind spot indicator wasn’t working. That took them thee months. (Just replace the sensor). The part about this experience that bothers me most is that right now my entire vehicle is shaking from a rough idle. They’ve told me they don’t feel it. When I went there and requested the mechanic come speak to me he admitted he knows exactly what I’m talking about. It’s a constant problem and isn’t something that has to be recreated. But because it’s not triggering a indicator light, he can’t do anything about it. He vehicle makes me feel like it’s gonna give up on me right after the warranty completely expires this year. I’m afraid to take it back to them because of this last experience. Their answer to my grief is a $500 dollar credit but of course it’s a promise and nothing signed in writing and would only be a drop in the bucket for any basic work that would need to be done. I suspect my vehicle either needs a full tuneup or there’s a issue with the fuel system and that’s creating this shaky motor issue. At the last minute they said I needed new motor mounts and supposedly changed them. Motor mounts shouldn’t need to be replaced on a 2018 suv with 59k miles on it. The mounts don’t look new or old so I can’t verify that they actually changed them. I’m frustrated but I was patient and fill like I’m making valid points about the issues concerning this vehicle. My wife has purchased a Cadillac and said she’d definitely use a different dealer for her maintenance. I hope I’m wrong but they’re making me feel like there are underlying issues with my vehicle that they are trying to hide until the warranty expires. In closing service was horrible, communication was horrible, compensation was subpar and my vehicle is still idling rough and this dealership are refusing to do what needs to be done. I’m irritated, frustrated, and disappointed. More
